By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GG Trademark Services LLC, doing business as Noisy CRM (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These messages may include updates, promotional offers, reminders, or other relevant communications related to our services.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 (650) 525-2567. After you send the STOP message, we’ll confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you’d like to rejoin, simply sign up again, and we’ll resume sending messages to you.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of your use of the service.

As a user of our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable communication and messaging regulations, including but not limited to the TCPA, TRACED Act, Campaign Registry, and A2P 10DLC requirements. This includes obtaining necessary consent, maintaining transparency, and adhering to carrier and regulatory guidelines. Any violations are your sole responsibility and may result in penalties or legal action.

Assistance with Registrations

Noisy CRM may assist clients with business profile registrations (e.g., A2P Brands, Campaigns, STIR/SHAKEN). While we provide guidance, we cannot guarantee approval since final decisions rest with carriers and regulatory authorities. Rejections or account restrictions are not grounds for refunds under our policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including violation of these Terms. Any outstanding payments or obligations before termination remain due.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. By continuing to use our services after updates, you agree to be bound by the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
